INRAE’s portal for mathematical, information and digital technologies

for research in life science and in the environment

About the MathInfo portal

The main objective of the MathInfo Portal is to ensure the dissemination of information about scientific activities in mathematics, computer science and digital technologies, developed at INRAE in interaction with agricultural, biological and environmental sciences. It also aims to bring together and structure the maths-info community at INRAE and to give it an identity, to promote the digital professions in all their diversity and to attract new talent in this area.

Any information regarding mathematics and information technologies in the agro-bio-sciences, in which INRAE is invested in, can be published on this Portal.

This could be a conference, a symposium, a research school, a thematic network, a team, a job offer being an internship, a fixed-term contract or a permanent position... The general scope of mathematics and information technologies being very broad, the Portal is voluntarily restricted to information involving INRAE research teams and their partners.

Created in 2012, the MathInfo Portal, is a tool from INRAE’s MathNum scientific department (formerly MIA) for its transversal mission of supporting the development of mathematics and information technology throughout the institute. It was revamped in 2018 and in 2023.
